Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our language interpretation and translation
services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Services Provided:

We oIer language interpretation and translation services in various languages and formats,
including but not limited to medical, legal, business, and general interpretation.
Our interpreters strive for accuracy and professionalism in each assignment. However, due
to language nuances, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in all cases.
User Responsibilities:

You are responsible for providing all necessary details and documents required to
complete the assignment. Failure to provide accurate and complete information may
aIect the quality of service.
You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes or any activity that could harm our
reputation or service quality.
Confidentiality:
​
We respect the confidentiality of all client interactions and sensitive information. Our
interpreters are bound by confidentiality agreements and will not disclose any information
without client consent, except where required by law.
Please note that while we take every measure to protect your data, we cannot guarantee
absolute security of electronic communications.
Payment and Fees:
​
Payment is required as agreed upon in the service contract or invoice. Delays in payment
may result in late fees or suspension of services.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee
equal to the full amount of the scheduled service.
Cancellations and Refunds:
​
You may cancel or reschedule services as needed, but we require notice 24 hours in
advance to avoid fees.
Refunds are issued only in cases where we are unable to provide the service due to our
fault or other exceptional circumstances.
Limitation of Liability:
​
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the
use of our services. Our total liability will be limited to the amount paid for the specific
service in question.
Dispute Resolution:
​
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve it amicably. If unresolved,
disputes will be subject to binding arbitration or handled through local small claims court
as applicable.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our
website and will apply to all services booked after the eIective date of the revised Terms.
